As all eyes now shift to the Senate, the Leaders of that body will have to decide how best to debate the health care bill. I believe they will jam it thru the Senate using reconciliation. W/out boring all who are reading, this process lets the leaders pass the bill with only 51 votes instead of the usual 60 needed to shut down a filibuster.
